About Radiocontrolledrobot

Radiocontrolledrobot is the second studio album released by The Parlotones under its Sovereign Entertainment label. Dave Birch produced the album at Tropical Sweat Studios in Durban, South Africa. A shorter version of the album was released internationally in 2007. It was the first international album released by the band. The "Radiocontrolledrobot" album won the best album of the year at the 2006 South Africa Music Awards.

The first single from the album is "Colourful". The single "Overexposed" was used as the theme song for FHM World's Hottest Woman short film and a TV commercial for Fujifilm in Ireland featured the track "Beautiful".
