About Ruimtevaarder

Stef Bos, the Dutchman living in Belgium, has more than earned his spurs. Since the CD '' Zien '', Stef first plays a tour and then records the often theater-born new songs. Words and music for '' Ruimtevaarder '' took shape during the solo tour '' Dichtbij '' and the band tour '' Licht ''.

It is the musicians of the performance (Jan van Looy, Francis Wildemeersch, Roberto Mercurio and Martijn de Wagter) who support Stef musically, with the only exception of the song '' Droom '', to which the voices of Wes Lee and Stella Khumalo in Johannesburg have been added.

Stef has again managed to evoke an atmosphere with his voice and lyrics that captures you. Melancholy and musical joy alternate. 19 pieces that all have in common that they are beautiful listening songs that mean something.

For Stef, a CD is a chapter in a photo book that he has built up over the years and is about everything he sees and becomes aware of around him. No more and no less. They are impressions that are expressed.
