Ama Serwah Genfi is a musician who was born on the 4th of July 1994, and is formally known by her stage name ''Amaarae''. She is a Ghanaian-American singer, songwriter, producer, and engineer known for her work around representation and gender in music. She hit the scene collaborating with artists like Yaw P, AYLO & Kay-Ara, simultaneously releasing her own singles to create some buzz around her name. Hence her fans could not be more thrilled when she decided to bless them with her first 6-track EP named ''Passionfruit Summers'' in 2017. Since then she has further expanded her catalogue of collaborations with artists like Cruel Santino, Wande Coal, Kojey Radical, Odunsi and many more.
