Vus'umuzi Nhlapo is a South African based prolific composer and vocalist. He is also a founding member of the vocal jazz band Africappella. He has been composing music since his teens and has become respected in the vocal jazz circles.

He studied rock music at the Dobsonville Campus (South West) Gauteng College. He continues to compose contemporary African material graced in authentic African roots.
