Ilan van Staden is a music teacher from Krugersdorp. He was a contestant on The Voice South Africa 2019. He released his first single in 2022 and respectively his album in 2023. His love affair with music began when he started a punk rock band in Grade 11, and in addition to vocals and guitar he is also a seasoned drummer and plays regularly at his church.
